Qwickly Attendance

Qwickly is an attendance taking tool that can be used within Blackboard courses. With Qwickly, instructors are given multiple methods for taking attendance including card swipe, students self-track via timed coding, or instructors enter. Instructors may link Qwickly to their Blackboard Gradebook.

Features of Qwickly

Customized Attendance Statuses: Instructors can create their own attendance statuses and apply percentage of points to each status (present, absent, left early, tardy, etc.) that can be set to flow into the Blackboard Gradebook

Large Lecture Classes: Qwickly attendance provides instructors with the flexibility to take attendance manually, have students swipe card (with appropriate hardware), or have students check in to class from a mobile device done through entering a temporary, timed, 4-digit code that the instructor sets up and releases.

Hybrid Courses: Instructors can manually enter how the student attended, whether that being virtually or in-person.

Graphical Reporting: User-friendly reports can be generated to identify trends or provide student overall attendance status totals.
